Scottish Microscopist of the Year
The Scottish Microscopist of the Year award celebrates inspirational and outstanding contributions to the Scottish Microscopy community. This competition is run annually.
Submissions for Scottish Microscopist of the Year 2026 are now open until 23:59 on Monday 31st August 2026 – see below for application form.
The winner will be informed in October and will receive £500 and the chance to speak at our annual symposium. This competition is kindly sponsored by Wonderful Scientific and Northern Light Microscopy.
